Art evolved out of the bluesy band, the VIPs and released one LP, 'Supernatural Fairy Tales', which was produced by Guy Stevens and includes an excellent cover of the Buffalo Springfield classic 'For What It's Worth'. Another tune on the album titled 'Love Is Real' is also outstanding.

Members of the group included Mike Harrison (vocals, keyboards), Luther Grosvenor (guitar), Greg Ridley (bass), and previous Locomotive member Mike Kellie (drums). If this lineup sounds familiar it's because they evolved into Spooky Tooth after adding Gary Wright to the band in late 1967.

Artist information sources include: The book, 'Tapestry of Delights Revisited' by Vernon Joynson.
