This short-lived U.K. group is best known for including iconic session musician Nicky Hopkins (keyboards), who in the late 60s worked very closely with the likes of the Kinks , Rolling Stones , Jeff Beck and even The Beatles . Other members included Jon Mark (guitar, vocals), Alun Davies (guitar, vocals), Brian Odgers (bass, woodwinds) and Harvey Burns (percussion). The band formed in the latter half of 1968, purportedly naming themselves after the 1954 John Steinbeck novel of the same moniker.
